My Asia trip kicked ass in case anyone was wondering. I might post up some select photos, maybe of just food, since about 99% of the time was spent on thinking about food, eating food, and making plans to eat food.
Other than this, I've been embarking on a global art project. It's currently in production and I hope you can all participate from the end of January 2012 onwards.
In Spring 2010, a group of my friends renovated the rec room and kitchen of Harlem's Metropolitan Community United Methodist Church. Members of our extended volunteer family came to support us as well as members of the Church. It was a hectic 5 day renovation and we raised more than $10,000 in 10 days to support our project. Metropolitan Community United Methodist Church recently had their annual Community Award Ceremony in September and presented us an award for our service project.
