OMG David Bowie (!)

My first visit to the New Museum was two weeks ago with the lovely Em Hue. Now I work there. And guess who came in and I totally did not notice. DAVID BOWIE!! I felt equally excited and embarassed when my coworker told me how nobody noticed him and how I was also oblivious to Bowie's gloriousness. I'm usually not all into that celebrity hype stuff, but now I can't help but be on the look out for glimpses and interactions with random celebrities.

Other first day sightings/interactions—Tina Oldknow, the curator of modern glass at Corning Museum of Glass (coincidences!), and one of Kanye West's party organizers who scoped out the Sky Room as a venue for Kanye's late-May birthday bash. Whoa.

It was really hard not to flash people with all the wind blowing.
